The School


TLS Language School on Ramkhamheang Rd., Bangkapi, Bangkok has been established now for 10 years, essentially providing the Thai Language and Culture Course, (which includes an ED Visa), TEFL training, several language courses and acting as a teaching agency. The school is government approved and has several licences necessary to qualify the school in the relevant fields.


The school in Pattaya CTLS Language School as just had a wonderful first year as a school. The help we have had from many people has been wonderful and to give something back to the community CTLS Language School gave a large donation to the local Rotary club to aid there local charity projects. This was done through the local international bed race that took place at the end of January 2010.


TLS Language School have just opened a second branch in Bangkok In Nonthanbury we will post the contact details for this new school very soon on our contact us page. Our plans for the future are to open in Chaing Mai and Phuket, We are also open to the idea of leasing our licenses to third parties to open there own branch of  TLS using our licenses and procedures and we would act as consultants on all matters about the school.


TLS Language School have just been awarded 15 new licenses 6 of these , we will be able to offer the ed visa in these subjects very soon , there will be a slight delay in Pattaya as the licenses have to be transfered to Pattaya.

Classes Offered

CTLS Language School is an establishment with a mission, namely to bring mutual enrichment to both foreigners and Thais. The mutual enrichment takes the form of improving the interaction and intercommunication between these two groups by teaching a number of courses to this end.

CTLS is fully licenced by the Ministry of Education and has the full approval, backing and encouragement of both the Immigration Bureau and the local authority, which specifically asked the school to set up in Pattaya so as to offer foreigners, in particular, the opportunity to competently learn Thai, and familiarise themselves with the Thai culture, in order to be more fully integrated into the Thai society. CTLS has been running a variety of courses at its Bangkok branch for five years, and has graduated over 500 students from its Thai Language and Culture programme, all of whom successfully gained ED Visas.

The 1 Year ED (student) Visa


 Our school provides all the necessary legal documents which you take with you to one of the designated countries that have a Thai consulate. Upon returning to Thailand, you receive the standard permit to stay for 90 days, and the extension for the rest of the year is granted at local immigration offices for a fee of 1,900 THB.


One does not have to leave the country after that, nor pay any additional fees. You can now enjoy staying in Thailand worry-free for one year.

We are pleased to offer a very special promotion. Our Thai Language course this has now been reduced to 22,000 Baht for 180 hours


Any student signing with our school for a 2nd or 3rd year from another school will get the course at 20,000 Baht


We would also remind students from other schools who would like to join our school, that the schools must provide them with a letter that the years instruction has finished. You are allowed to move schools and any of our students that are not happy will be given such a letter. We can help you obtain the letter

20-Hour Thai Professional Ethics and Culture Course


It is now mandatory for all foreigners that wish to teach in Thailand take this course. There are no exceptions! The purpose of this course is to familiarize one with the general “ins and outs” of the Thai culture, and how to apply it in and out of the classroom. This class is a wonderful insight to the Thai lifestyle and customs, and after having taken it you will be glad you did.

CTLS is fully licenced to recruit teachers and either employ them directly or place them in suitable educational establishments. Assistance to acquire a work permit can also be provided to those who require it.
