3.     WORK PERMITS & COMPANY SET UP

For those suitably qualified, we can organise work permits at very competitive rates, with the minimum of delay, normally two weeks, rather than several months like other providers. For those without degrees, for an extra cost we can even provide you with a bona-fide degree from a UK or US university. We can also facilitate the legal set up of Thai companies, again within the minimum time-frame.

4.     PROPERTY RENTAL, MANAGEMENT OR PURCHASE

We can facilitate the rental of a wide variety of properties, from condominiums to mansions, short or long leasehold at competitive commission rates, usually far cheaper than comparable services offered by real estate agents. Handling your property management while you are out of the country is another one of our fortes. We can also arrange property ownership, including all the necessary legal and documentary processing, including setting up a Thai company and providing the necessary Thai partners.

5.     EMPLOYMENT BUREAU

We run an employment service for teachers, who can also be furnished with a work permit if they so wish. We are also able to place other job applicants in employment, such as secretaries, translators, interpreters, private tutors, private nursemaids, housemaids, security guards and live-in companions etc.

6.     INSURANCE

We can organise a wide variety of insurance coverage for all ages. Our group insurance policy, the one that we run for our own teachers and students, is particularly competitive and offers a very reasonable cover.

7.     COMMERCIAL AND GOVERNMENT TRAINING IN ENGLISH

We offer a comprehensive training programme in commercial and official English that is tailor-made for commercial enterprises, law offices or government departments. This programme includes Technical and Business English, English for Special Purposes, dealings with the Labour Department, summary and précis, the taking of notes or minutes, interviewing, emailing etc.
